When it is charged completely you get good sound. It dies very quickly and before it is even completely dead you loose connection to your phone. Everyone seems to be able to hear me fine also. For the price it is not a bad product. The ear piece is very large and it doesn't fit very tight around your ear.
No one can hear me or understand my words. But, the most disappoining thing about it, is the voice quality. Since that is what it's for, it is unexceptable as a communication device. This appeared to be the perfect bluetooth, but while the unit design is good, the earpiece is not. It is hard to quickly put on when you want to pick up a call.
It (like my old one) still picks up a lot of the car noise. I like this model better then my previous LG Blue Tooth. Having the separate power on/off button means I don't accidently call people now.
I am much happier. This bluetooth was good as far as not getting feedback but it was uncomfortable in my ear and the sound was not loud enough so I had to press it into my ear which made it hurt more. I finally opted for a better different wireless headset that did not fit down into my ear.
(With my last bluetooth headset, I had to manually reconnect it with my mobile). This headset works really well and I've had no problems with it to date (I have been using it for over 6 months now). The battery life is excellent and I really like how it automatically reconnects to my mobile after i have stepped out of range.
